My girlfriend and I had a fantastic dinner at Mad Noodles on East Carson Street. We started with the Steamed Asian Pork Buns (6 in an order but we ate one before the photo), which were delicious and a great way to begin the meal. I ordered the Lan Zhou Ramen with Beef Shank, and my girlfriend had the Tomato Beef Over Rice. Both dishes were flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I came in and was not greeted. We were finally sat and I ordered beef and broccoli no rice with extra veggies like mushrooms, onions, cabbage, peppers and shrimp. I got chicken and broccoli no extra veggies. My wife order black pepper chicken extra veggies and no rice. She got same as me no flavor at all. I added salt and pepper still no flavor. I ate mine because I had not eaten all day. My daughter had shrimp dumplings they were good. But her wonton soup should have had shrimp and chicken. It had tofu and chicken no shrimp. My wife and daughter return food and the waiter said they had to pay for it because they made it. My wife asked why would she pay for something that doesn't taste good. He tried to discount meal 20% then 30%. After realizing she would not pay her took them off bill. Poor customer services and food was bland. Oh ya we order diet coke and he gave it to use with water on bottom of glass.

All of the food was phenomenal. We tried many of the new menu items, such as the wings and drug egg. Ramen and bao buns were so good and fresh. The owners were so kind and you can tell really care about the quality of food and service they provide!

I had a great experience at Mad Noodles. The lemon chicken was a standout—super fresh with a bright citrus flavor and a nice spicy kick that really brings everything together. You can tell the ingredients are high quality. My husband loved the caramel boba tea—the sweetness was just right and the texture of the boba was perfect. We also tried the Takoyaki , which were delicious—crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. Overall, a really satisfying meal. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

Great food and nice portion sizes at excellent prices. Very friendly staff and fast service, too. I love the ramen, the tomato & beef over rice, and it might be the best hot & sour soup I've ever had! Highly recommend.
